CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All Cosmetic Emporium orders are shipped with tracking.

The service provided will depend on the option chosen at checkout.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order, this must be done before the order has been shipped. Unfortunately if the order has been shipped you are unable to cancel your order. Please note there is never any guarentee you will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to return the items(s).

To be eligible for a return / refund, your item must be sent back to us and be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its origional packaging. If the packaging has been opened you will not be eligible for a refund.
